Good power. Very powerful and nice modern design. White color getting dirty look faster. Hope SunSun will introduce black version with same quality soon

Oxygenator does not generate sufficient air bubbles.
After hearing from you I have adjusted the knob at the end of the air tube and now sufficient air bubbles are beeing generated. But why was I not informed about this facility of adjustment earlier?This information should have been made available to the purchaser upon opening of the package containing the filter.

  Sir, usually there is no operation/instruction manual availability in chinese brands. you can contact us via whatsapp for technical/operational doubts.

  Hi, There is small black knob at the end of air tube. air intake can be adjusted by rotating the knob so that you will get more air intake (air bubbles)

No warranty or any authentication documents were given and also out of two sets of suction button… One big size suction was missing. There were only three suction buttons of big size.

Kindly note that unboxing video is mandatory for multi part products like skimmer, canister filter, LED lights, pump and glassware items to confirm the receipt of the contents inside the box are in tact and safe. Kindly note that all shipments are insured against transit damage. Customer need to report the damage within 48Hrs against receipt of the shipment, NO refund / NO exchange / NO replacement will be offered if customer fail to provide unboxing video or inform the damage
