Warranty on products Offered: Generally all aquatic products comes without warranty unless specified or provided by the manufacturer directly, you may visit the manufacturer’s website, contact us in case you need more information or details for a specific product. Eheim, Fluval, Chihiros, OASE, Shiruba, LEDSTAR comes with warranty. No warranty for SunSun, Boyu and Wyin. Kindly check with us for further clarification before placing the order. Kindly note that shipping charges to be borne by customer for return and replacement/service during warranty period. Either you can ship the product to us or to the brand importer as per their policy for warranty claim with your own shipping partner.
Claims / Replacement: Kindly note that unboxing video is mandatory for multi part products like skimmer, canister filter, LED lights and pump to confirm the receipt of the contents inside the box are in tact and safe. Kindly confirm the content and do dry run for few seconds (if its pump/filter) before installing/using. You may need to inform the issue if anyhting found before installing the equipments.
- No claim or replacement will be allowed if you inform the fault after installation unless its genuine or for the products which comes with manufacturer warranty.
- Claim/replacement cut off time is within 48hrs against receipt of the items for non warranty product against manufacturing defect only and subject to admin approval

Pricing and Payments:
** – GST credit not available for certain products + additional shipping charges may be applicable for certain products due to shipping from seperate drop shipping location or due to low cart amout. Additional charges if applicable will be displayed during checkout
Payment once made can not be cancelled or returned unless the non availability of items after placing the order where we will refund the full amount. If you refuse to accept your shipment without our confirmation and initiated return then both way courier charges will be deducted in the order amount and balance will be refunded to your account after receipt of return item in good condition. kindly note that reverse / return courier charges will be 2.5 times of forward courier charge.
EMI / PayLater / EasyPay : Additional charges may be applicable by card vendor based on your payment mode selection during checkout which includes EMI / PayLater. We are NO WAY connected with additional charges for your transactions for EMI based option. Please check respective banks for applicable charges for card mode payment for EMI / PayLater before choosing card based EMI
Refund against Cancellation: If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location by courier, then the entire order amount will be refunded. Kindly allow 3 to 4 working days to process the payment and will be initiated to the original mode of payment once we get the confirmation and acknowledgment from courier company against order cancellation.
If the order is shipped then its not possible to cancel your order under any circumstances.
However, we can offer return as special case provided with following conditions subject to our admin approval
1. If the order is packed , manifested with label
2. There will be deduction of 2.5% towards payment gateway charges which will be deducted in your paid amount and balance will be refunded into original mode of payment. Settlement time is subject to payment gateway processing time which is usually 3-4 working days.

Courier will attempt maximum 3 times to deliver your product if you are fail to receive it due to non availbility. They will return the shipment to us once it has crossed 3 times delivery attempt or if you refuse or cancel shipment during delivery attempt, in such cases forward and return shipping cost will be deducted against the refund amount (both way shipping cost to be paid by you). refund will be issued in form of coupon / money to you only against receipt of return items in good conditions after deducting both way shipping charges
Availability : We assure take utmost care in keeping the inventory of all the listed products on the website on a regular periodic basis, but there could be unavoidable / unexpected situation where the product you have ordered is gone out of stock due to delay in updating the physical stock in our website or is not in a condition to be shipped or is expired or is being discontinued from production. In such event, you will get a call / notification from our designated team. In case the order is paid, your refund towards the same will be processed on same day as cancelled thru the same mode as you paid us. It will take due course of time as prescribed by the payment gateway or the bank as per the prevailing law/rules.
