Bubbles N Troubles Bacto Splash 300ml is a beneficial bacteria supplement designed to establish and support the biological filtration cycle in freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
It contains a synergistic blend of aerobic, anaerobic and facultative bacteria intended to assist with the breakdown of organic waste and nitrogen compounds.
What Does Bacto Splash Do?

Useful for New Aquarium Setup
New aquariums initially have limited populations of nitrifying bacteria. Bacto Splash can be used to inoculate the biological filtration system and support establishment of the nitrogen cycle.
Useful After Filter Maintenance
Beneficial bacteria populations can be reduced after deep filter cleaning, replacement of filter media or certain medication courses. Bacto Splash can be added afterward to help replenish the microbial ecosystem.
First-Time Dosage
Add 5ml per 100 litres.
Weekly Maintenance Dosage
Add 2.5ml per 100 litres weekly.
