2Hr Aquarist APT Complete, now known as 2Hr Aquarist APT3, is a comprehensive all-in-one liquid fertilizer developed for planted aquariums. It provides a balanced combination of essential macro, micro and trace nutrients in a single formula, making regular aquarium plant fertilization simple and consistent.
APT3 is particularly suited to established aquariums with higher plant mass and comparatively lower fish load. Its nutrient formulation is designed to support demanding aquatic plants while promoting healthy growth, stronger plant form and rich coloration.
Complete Nutrition in One Bottle
The 2Hr Aquarist APT Complete fertilizer supplies essential nutrients required by aquarium plants without requiring separate bottles for individual macro and micronutrients.

APT Complete / APT3 Dosage
Standard Dosage: 3ml per 100 litres daily.
APT3 can be dosed at any convenient time of day. Consistent dosing is more important than dosing at a particular hour.
For aquariums without CO₂ injection or tanks consisting mainly of slow-growing/shade plants, nutrient demand may be lower and dosage can be adjusted accordingly.
When changing from a substantially different fertilizer regime, introducing APT3 progressively can help the aquarium adjust to the new nutrient regime.

Magic elixir if you have mostly red plants…my red plants showing neon red colour in just 3 days use… little high in macro and micros hence start with half the recommended dose and increase to full dose to stop algae bloom
